Unlimited Support with Unlimited Onsite Visits
This is the big one. Most IT support providers don’t provide unlimited support and if they do there’s a number of added extras, including site visits. We believe to be able to say ‘we act as an extension of your team’ you shouldn’t have to pay extra for it. If your IT team was in-house you wouldn’t have to pay them to come over to your desk which is why we don’t charge for onsite visits.
Charged as a Flat Fee Not Per User
Most IT providers charge you support on a per user basis which means if you experience large growth the cost of your IT support can shoot up. We don’t agree with this as we don’t believe in penalising clients for growing. We charge a fixed rate for our support service which won’t fluctuate with your business.
Real, Personable People, No Jargon
It’s common for IT providers to say ‘we don’t overuse technical language’ or ‘we won’t bog you down with jargon and acronyms’ but we really mean it. When we first meet with you we won’t ask you “how many terabytes your server has” or “what subnet your network is on” we want to get to know you and your business and what your plans for the future are. Don’t get it wrong, we still have a team of experienced technical consultants but we’re also real people who care about your business.
