As we reach the final few days of 2023 we’re reflecting on this year’s Charity of the Year and the many fundraising activities and volunteering we got involved in.
Bristol 10k Run
Danny, George, Sarah, Fergus and Dec all took part (and surprisingly completed!) The Great Bristol 10k run back in May raising an amazing £818.75.
Volunteering
Joe, Sarah, Tasha, Matt, Max and Lotty all got stuck in volunteering in the Penny Brohn shop. Jobs included; organising, sizing and hanging up LOTS of donated clothes as well as painting, soundproofing and putting up shelves.
Charity Football
We held our second Charity 5-a-side football tournament with our clients raising £237.50 and (unbelievably) WestSpring won! Big thank you to our teams PRG, Circadian Trust and Method Consulting for taking part.
WestSpring Golf Day
We had an amazing turnout for our 3rd Annual Golf Day at Bowood Golf Course. We offered suppliers the opportunity to sponsor a hole for charity as well as selling Mulligan and Beat the Pro vouchers on the day and raised a whopping £1,455! Thank you to our hole sponsors: Giacom, Ikonic, TDSynnex and Watchguard.
Charity Christmas Raffle
Last but not least we held a Charity Christmas Raffle, we had some great prizes donated including an Apple Watch, AirPods, Gym Membership, Spa Voucher and more! Huge thank you to our donators: Circadian Trust, Experience Days, Red Rock Recruitment, Aztec West Hotel and Spa, Vintage Birdcage Café, Clifton Photographic, Citation Cyber, Datto, Sahara and everyone who bought tickets.
We can’t thank you enough for all of your generosity and support, you’ve helped us raise over £3,000 – for Penny Brohn. Keep your eyes peeled for the announcement of our 2024 Charity of the Year!
