We are understanding and accommodating to peoples’ personal needs and home-life and encourage staff to not work beyond their contractual hours. No job is worth missing out on your child’s sports day. We also offer 25 days holiday.

We invest heavily in our team and give everyone the opportunity to do external training to further their career as well as providing regular in-house development. We also encourage our team to attend industry events and conferences relating to their role.

Flexible working

The same working hours don’t always suit everyone. Be that because of commuting times or simply because you work more productively earlier or later. That’s why we offer the opportunity to choose a shift pattern to all our team.

The WestSpring HQ is vibrant and fun and the team are very supportive of eachother. We are well looked after (and fed) with a well kitchen stocked with breakfast food, free friday lunches as well as office pick-n-mix and a drinks fridge!

There’s no limit to our teams’ development. A lot of our team start their career in the IT industry at WestSpring, so we work closely with individuals to understand their career aspirations and create a pathway that allows them to reach their goals.

Fun social calendar

We run jam-packed quarterly socials including go-karting, paintballing, cooking classes as well as smaller team events and lunches. Each Christmas the team are treated to a trip away which has included skiing in Andorra and city breaks to Edinburgh and Dublin!

Our Application Process

As with everything we do, we do our recruitment differently. We don’t believe in putting people in high pressure situations and firing questions made to catch you out. Really we like to have a relaxed, two-way conversation to find out about your aspirations and experience to understand where you might fit in the business. It’s not uncommon for people to come to an interview for one role but actually discover they’re better suited to another. For the right person we can adapt a role to suit your strengths.

Below is the general process followed for recruitment, however each role will have slight alterations.

Telephone Interview

Brief 10-15 minute chat to go through your experience and why you want to work for us.
