Technical Analyst“I’m Finton, one of the graduates at WestSpring. Before I joined the team I was studying Business Computing at UWE, and was working as a pizzaiolo during my studies! I will be spending time with each team and getting a grasp with what each team does within WestSpring. In my spare time, I follow my football club, Chelsea, and go to as many games in the season that I possibly can.”

Senior Technical Analyst“I studied IT at college and have been based mainly in IT jobs ever since, both in 1st line and 2nd line. In my spare time I love a movie and frequently spend my evenings going to pool/snooker nights with a few friends. I also enjoy spending my spare time playing around with IT bits and networking equipment.”

Technical Analyst“Before joining WestSpring I studied Computer Science at the University of Greenwich, I was also Nando’s finest griller for 3 years! I’ve joined the Graduate Scheme where I’m learning about all parts of WestSpring and working with every department. In my spare time I enjoy rugby, nights out and sunny weather.”

Technical Analyst“I’m Dec, and I’m part of the service desk at WestSpring. I help our clients with all their technical needs, I’m often out and about delivering products for our clients and love catching up with everyone. In my spare time I enjoy watching Bristol City and DJing.”

Finance Assistant“After studying maths at Brighton University for 3 years, I recently made the move to Bristol and joined WestSpring’s Finance Team. Outside of the office, I am a hand-made pottery enthusiast, previously making my masterpieces in a studio in Brighton owned by an award-winning potter!”

Office Manager“I’m Tasha, Office Manager . Before joining WestSpring I worked as an Apprentice Dental Nurse, so a slight change in career path! I help support all departments in the business as well as making sure the office and team are well looked after. In my spare time I love going to Concerts and I’m a huge Harry Styles fan!”

Finance Director“I’m Martin and I’ve joined WestSpring as CFO. A qualified accountant I spent my corporate years working for Zurich and BP. After that, I was the Managing Director of a Claims Management Company which was sold in 2016. I now spend my time supporting a number of SME’s. Now my three daughters are older I love to travel and watch sport, ideally at the same time.”

Founder“I met Jase working at a MSP, after much discussions we decided to start our own IT support company that made people and relationships a priority. I lead the more technical side of WestSpring and look after our team of consultants, as well as our internal IT. In pretty much all of my spare time (and work time!) you’ll find me on a golf course.”

Chief Operations Officer“Hi, I’m Vicky – I’ve joined WestSpring as COO. My role is to oversee all operational business activities. Outside of work, I love to travel as much as I can, and spend time out and about with friends and family and my crazy labrador!“

Executive Chairman“I’m James, an entrepreneur, investor and philanthropist. I’ve joined as Executive Chairman having previously been Executive Chairman for the Excalibur Group. I’ve sat on the board of many charities like the Wiltshire Air Ambulance and co-founded a foundation to help build and support schools in Kenya. When I’m not being a taxi to two teenage daughters, I love travelling, watching sport all around the world and I love watching movies. “
