A welcoming onboarding

Your Onboarding Plan will highlight everything that will happen over the onboarding period. You’ll know what location is being onboarded, when it’s being onboarded and who from the WestSpring team will be on site on the day. You’ll be introduced to a range of the team members during this process, so you’ll get to put a face to a name when you call!

The technical stuff

Our friendly WestSpring team will install our smart management systems, document your IT Infrastructure and create a new starter, leaver and build process to ensure we can support you in the most effective way. First impressions are everything. Everyone is provided with a WestSpring welcome pack which details key information about our team and service. We make sure to emphasise that our support is truly unlimited and your team can contact us as much as they need to.

Personalised IT review

WestSpring will then kickstart the IT Review. During the onboarding process, we spend a lot of time getting to know you, your team, the business and we link all of this together in an IT Review. This IT Review is then presented to you and will highlight the overall infrastructure, providing you insight of any risk. We also ensure you have an IT Roadmap which aligns with your business goals.

 Truly unlimited support

Now you’re fully onboarded and officially a WestSpring client! Your service meetings will be scheduled, your roadmap will be shared with you, and we will work closely with you to ensure your IT goals are met whilst keeping you up to date with our latest recommendations across the tech industry.
