At the end of each year here at WestSpring we like to reward our employees who have worked extra hard throughout the year. On the day before our Christmas trip last Thursday, we closed the office early and dedicated some time towards showing our employees the gratitude they deserve for all their hard work throughout the year. We all gathered in the office and listened to some wise words from Director & Founder, Jase about another year of success and what is to come next year.
Rising Star Award
This award highlights individuals that have demonstrated real growth both professionally and personally. We could call this award the most improved but no one ever wants to win that one right…?
This year we had not one but two Rising Star Award winners….
Meg – Meg joined the team as an Office Admin apprentice, a vast and varied role that involves her supporting all departments in the business. It’s fast-paced and no two days are the same. Meg has had to learn to be agile and a great multi-tasker and in her time at WestSpring she’s proved she’s more than capable.
Finton – Finton joined us as part of our 2024 graduate intake and despite only being in the business 6 months, he’s already demonstrated he’s hardworking, driven and delivers that friendly WestSpring experience. Finton is keen to develop his skillset and is always doing additional training to progress in his role.
Above and Beyond
Part of what makes our service outstanding is that we go above and beyond whenever we can to look after our clients. We also encourage this same attitude internally and this award is for someone who continuously goes above and beyond not only our clients but also the team. Our Above and Beyond Award winner is…
Fergus – Fergus our Implementation Consultant is hardworking, helpful and just gets the job done. He will go out of his way to help those around him, and does so without a fuss. He’s always going that extra mile to deliver a first-class service to our clients, demonstrating what sets us apart from the competition.
WestSpring Award
This award focuses solely on the personality of the individual, and is awarded to someone who truly represents WestSpring, our culture and values. A tricky one to award as everyone in the team represents an element of WestSpring – that’s why we hired them, but our 2024 winner is….
Pat – Pat is a Project Consultant, planning, managing and delivering complex projects for our clients. He works closely with our clients and it’s imperative that he delivers that WestSpring experience. Pat is hardworking, friendly and approachable which is evident in the fact our clients love him!
Employee of the Year Award
You can’t have company awards without an Employee of the Year Award. This award combines the credentials of all of the other awards. A team player who’s ambitious, hardworking, driven but also demonstrates the WestSpring values of being personable, down-to-earth and kind. Our 2024 Employee of the Year is…
Danny – Danny our recently promoted Senior Technical Consultant has progressed rapidly though the business after starting on the Service Desk and now managing our team of Technical Consultants. His passion and drive for the role and WestSpring is evident and he’s a great example of the opportunities available for those who want them.
Team of the Year
New for 2024, we’ve launched our Team of the Year award – nothing like a bit of healthy departmental competition!
The Service Desk – The beating heart of WestSpring, they’re extremely hardworking and always deliver our service with a friendly smile. They are often who our clients engage with the most and they’re pivotal in demonstrating the WestSpring difference.

WestSpring Wally of the Year – James delivering drinks on our golf day and the drinks crate full of cans and ice falling out the back and crashing onto the floor.
Moment of the Year – Usually another silly award but when looking back at the moments of 2024 there could only be one winner. WestSpring winning Customer Loyalty Award at the British Business Excellence Awards.
All of our winners (well minus the Wally of the Year!) receive a £250 voucher of their choice – as well as bragging rights for the year. A big thank you to our entire team for all their hard work this year and we are looking forward to an even bigger and better 2025!
