Lewis Morgan has joined WestSpring IT as our new Senior Business Development Executive.
Lewis brings nearly 15 years of industry experience to the role, most recently with a large corporate organisation. He’s also brought a drive to build new business, grow a dedicated new team around him, and work to attract new clients every month.
We asked him a few questions to find out more about his background, passions and hopes for the future.

What did you do before joining WestSpring IT?
For nearly 15 years, I have been in the same industry but for a large corporate company.
How’s it going at WestSpring IT?
Absoultely loving it! Everyone is so friendly and super helpful.
What is your vision for your role ? What does success look like for you?
Grow new business, eventually have a new business team, steadlily bringing on mutplie new clients every month.
What are you going to do to help that vision become a reality?
Work as hard as I can to the best of my ability.
Tell us a bit about yout?
I’m married to my wife Eleanna, with one son called Acie who is 8 months old also a little dog called Dolcie.
Do you have any passions or hobbies?
I love to play Golf, Padel, Gym & Football ( And I Support Liverpool FC!)

Steven Gerrard when I was 9 – no pictures ☹
Do you have any connections with anyone famous?
Really not that exciting my Auntie was the major of Bath
What’s the scariest thing that’s happened to you?
When I was 17 I was involved in a car crash and sadly wrote off the car. But I am all good now.

Spending time with my family
Where is your ‘happy’ place?
The golf course or Padel court!
What do you think are our biggest challenges as a society?
- Economy – rising prices,
- Unaffordable housing,
- Acess to healthcare
What’s the kindest thing you think you’ve done for others?
Stepdad used to run a charity, I would support and help
